First time providing a feedback but my experience overall was great. I had a lot of doubts due to negative reviews on Yelp and other websites- however, Kay was definitely helpful and responsive. My biggest concerns were getting scammed (paying more than the original estimate) and getting my car damaged/items stolen. One negative feedback that I would give is that I had to pay $50 more because the transportation did not accept the original offer of $975. Kay had suggested that I should wait to see if there's another transportation who would do transport it for the original amount but I was willing to pay $50 more and not worry about when my car was going to get transported (and possible delay). In the future, I hope that "SHIP A CAR DIRECT" would have enhanced their database and algorithm to provide an accurate estimate for their customers so that we don't have to stress over billing after we've chosen a broker to work with. In summary, my overall experience was good and I would definitely recommend their service to others. But always be cautious and check your vehicle with the transportation company before they take your car and don't leave your valuables in your vehicles. Always plan for the best and prepare for the worst.
