The customer service at ShipACar was great. David was quick to give me a call and provide me with a quote. After receiving the car a got several calls in order to take care of the damage and create a claim with the carrier company.

The only suggestion I have is to be more selective of the carriers they use. Once the car was delivered and I saw the damage on the side of the door, and pointed them out to the drivers they become very agitated. I decided not to even discuss the issue with them since, when asked what happened all the driver said was "Well.. it's normal" and were quick to give me the papers to sing.
