I had Shipacardirect arrange to move my car from Virginia to Connecticut and picked them based on reviews. Scott told me he should have a driver on the first day since it was a very common route straight up I95. Well it took two weeks to get a driver to move the car. He should know the route and should have been more up front with me that it might take several weeks to get the car. Overall he was good to deal with and returned my calls. The company communicated with me by e-mail for the first couple of days saying the car was late and if I had any questions to call Scott. After those first couple of days communication from them stopped. They did however return my calls after that. Overall the experience was ok and I would use them again. Once the car was scheduled to be picked up, two weeks later, everything went smoothly and I got the car 1 day after it was picked up. The driver Musa from CBR Transport LLC was very good and easy to deal with on the phone. The car arrived undamaged.
