Our carrier arrived promptly to pick up our vehicle- was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He told us exactly the date it would arrive at its destination and notified the recipient the estimated time of arrival.

In addition, our customer service representative was there to answer any of our questions along the way. Helpful emails regarding the process were part of the process.

I really appreciated the honesty.
