This was my third time shipping a car across country. This was the easiest and best experience I had. Company communicated routinely with phone calls and emails. I was able to pay by credit card to save my daughter the hassle of having cash on hand at pick up. Company web site very informative. I watched videos and wished I had used this company the first time I shipped a car. I was impressed that they sent detailed information regarding how to deal with any problems that may arise with the condition of your car post delivery. Driver was very nice at pick up and delivery. Called with ample time to coordinate pick up and delivery. Continued follow up after delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
