We are very happy with the service that we received from Ship a Car Direct. Matt was great, providing excellent customer service all throughout the process. Any questions I had were answered promptly, with email reminders/updates sent along the way. Val, the carrier, was awesome! He was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Our car was picked up on-time, and safely delivered a day earlier than estimated. We truly appreciate the care given to our vehicle during transport. Thank you!
