I didn't know that it is kind of unknown when pickup date will be, this was resolved within 2 days. It is good to take pictures since driver's paper marking doesn't work well. You will receive a lot of emails, but in essence you will need to coordinate things with driver. Pickup and delivery was on time, but location might be slightly different due to truck's access.
