Little to no communication/customer service, but it got here fine

I got very little communication from my customer service rep. I really only heard from her when I asked why my car hadn't been picked up yet. I know there are no "guarantees" but I was led to believe my pickup window would not be a problem. Not only was it a problem, but it wasn't until almost two weeks after my pickup date that I finally got a carrier to get my car. Again, with very little communication from Ship A Car Direct.

The carrier, however, was pleasant and very good with communication. He kept in touch with me as far as pickup and delivery times, and was super fast and courteous.

Ship A Car Direct gets 2 stars, but the carrier they got saved it with 5-star service. I might give the company another shot if I ship a car again, but they wouldn't be my first choice.

We are glad to hear that your car made it safe and on time, Ben! Our apologies if you found Angela hard to reach, that isn't usual. We also have our 24/7 support line when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback!
