Overall, I was impressed with Ship A Car Direct. They were very good about communicating all necessary information in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that my vehicle arrived 2 days early without much notice. However, that was an issue with the trucking company, not Ship A Car Direct so I did not dock them any stars.
