I had an unique situation that required a very tight window for pickup. Although that request could not be met, Eve continued to stay engaged and make recommendations to improve the attractiveness of my offer. Once offer was responded to by carrier, process moved expeditiously. Car was received without damage by friendly carrier. I would recommend Ship a Car to a friend but would advise either a minimum 7 day pickup window or minimum 2X multiplier to nominal offer to ensure pickup if tight window is required.
