I had never shipped a car before. I contacted Ship A Car Direct and talked to Kosta who answered my questions and arranged for a carrier to bring my car to Houston. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The carrier he selected picked up the car on schedule. The carrier driver called when he arrived in Houston and delivered the car in the same condition as he picked it up on. All in all a very satisfactory experience.
