The pick up was on time as per the schedule. My car was delivered to my house in Texas in good condition. I didn't have drive few miles to pick up my car as one carrier did with my other car. I wish I shipped both of my cars with Ship a car direct. I highly recommend them to my friends and family. The moment you contact them, the customer service guys helps you through the entire process. Overall an awesome experience.
