Prior to this experience, I had never shipped a car and knew nothing about how the process worked. It was troublesome to say the least. After checking multiple sources I decided on Ship a Car Direct mostly on the phone demeanor of Scott. He was knowledgeable and was not pushy. He simply explained his company's strengths and it seemed they offered just a bit more and most likely could get me a good delivery time and competitive price. Once I paid for the service, I received multiple emails describing the services, phone numbers in case something went wrong and other ways they were available to assist. The experience could not have gone better. The car arrived within one day of expectations, in perfect condition. The feeling I got through the process was a company dedicated to customer service, delivering what they promised and standing behind their service. If it ever came up again, they would be my only choice without reservation.
