I recently purchased a vehicle from Washington state delivered to my home in Missouri. I did some research and selected Ship Direct. I appreciated the direct call from Eric versus working strictly through email. He was very informative and walked me through the process along with answering my questions. The only downside to my experience was speaking directly with the driver. We had a language barrier. It was took a little time to translate & overcome but I would NOT consider this an issue. The end results I received my vehicle early and undamaged thanks to the driver and all involved
