The overall process was great. They provided me with so much information on how the process works and what to expect, they even sent videos to answer the questions. Scott was great and never hesitated to help me and let me ask all the million and one questions I had. They were very professional and easing even after the carrier had to car for transportation they still kept in contact with me to let me know what is going on. It was a very smooth process especially for it bring my first time.
