This company was very responsive. From my initial inquiry, a rep was assigned to me and he stayed in contact with me frequently and answered my questions promptly. I had a bit of waiting trying to connect directly with the transport company, but once I did, the carrier was incredibly accommodating. An overall great experience and I would use this company again.
