Kosta was great and very attentive with my vehicle. The carrier's communication was lacking. Cowboys did not notify me at all for the pick up. They just scheduled it with the seller of the vehicle in Austin. I had no idea what time and where they were picking up the car and there was a financial transaction required from me to the seller of the vehicle at pick up. Once in route Kosta got the carrier to contact me. The car arrive safe, it was covered in dust, but thats to be expected from Texas to Tn.
