Needed to get my car across the country and they were able to do it with ease and no real work on my end. Having no experience the car shipping field, you are only able to judge based on website and reviews - at some point you are trusting strangers to not Ferris Bueller your car. Car left the East Coast when they said it would, and arrived when they said it would, can't ask for a lot more than that. Would other companies have done equally well? Maybe, likely, but Ship A Car Direct did what the name implies, so not a ton to gripe about.
