First, the driver is so rude! The driver didn't use anything, just say:" your items are overweight, you need pay extra $100."
When My friend and I discuss the extra $100, the drive say: " I don't have enough time stay here, I need go to other place to pick up another car. If you guys still discuss, I will Not Pick UP your car! " It's Ridiculous!

We are sorry to hear the experience you had with the driver. We will address this with the carrier so that we can continue to improve our service. Keep in mind carriers are not allowed to haul household items, they are there only to ship your car, so yes it would be extra.Thank you for taking the time to let us know!
