The overall process was smooth and easy. Received many emails with updates, which I appreciated. The driver was also very nice, helpful, and honest. Cars came to us with a film of dust over them but I wasn't surprised considering it was an open truck. So overall, It was a very wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone!
