Scheduling pick up and delivery required some flexibility

The drop off of my car was originally scheduled for Thursday, but I received a call Wednesday morning before saying that the driver was going to be in my area around 5pm that day and would call me when he got closer. That was fine, I had nothing else to do that day. I did not hear from the driver until 9pm that night and the drop off occurred about a half an hour later.

The pick up of my car occurred Thursday evening the following week. The driver called me a little before 7pm to let me know he was on his way and followed up a couple of hours later when he was closer to my place. He found a spot about a block from my apartment.

Overall my experience was great: the driver was professional, courteous and made good time. The only negative is that drop off and pick up times are kind of a moving target, but I feel like that must be the case with any auto transporter. I happened to have a very flexible schedule that week, I'm not sure what options there are for someone with a more rigid schedule.

TLDR- Drivers are professional, courteous and efficient, but drop off and pick up times are moving targets.
