Not bad but lacking in communication

Overall, Ship A Car Direct did their job and my car was delivered safely. They got me a decent quote and was able to work with my time frame. However there were some communication issues throughout the process. There were an excessive amount of emails with no important information even after I booked with them. They also mentioned that their initial fee would be taken out once they assigned a driver. I was not notified that my driver had been assigned and the fee was taken out without any notice. It was because I noticed that fee was taken out that I called and asked what the situation was which was how I found out i had been assigned a driver. I called and left a message with my agent many times and got little or no response. However, calling the general service line worked and I was able to get things sorted out.

Our apologies if you found Gaby hard to reach, that isn't usual. We will definitely work on to improve on our communication. Glad you called our 24/7 support line, they are actually available when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends. Glad to hear everything worked out!
