Yes. The information about the process (emails) was very helpful, the shipment happened in a timely manner, and the personnel I talked with at your office were polite and efficient.
Because of a deep accent, the driver was very difficult to understand on the phone. In person it was much better.
Does this qualify me for my $35 discount?
