The customer service by David was excellent. The only problem I had was with contact in reference to the carrier. I had to call David to actually get the carrier to call me in order for me to meet the driver for pick up and delivery. My car was late for getting picked up and very late for delivery. On delivery he took the wrong car off the truck and I had to tell him that it was not my car that he took off the truck. So I had to wait two hours with my family to finally get my car. The good thing was that my car was not damaged so I am happy about that. I gave three stars because of the carrier. I don't know if I will you use this service again, but we will see.
