Have used other transport companies that had poor consumer affair ratings and the entire process was terrible. No communication, would not return calls, never scheduled drivers but still tried to charge credit card and then say that you broke the contract. Everything with ship a car direct went fine, communication was excellent, driver called and vehicle was picked up on time, vehicle was delivered on time with no problems. Save yourself a lot of grief and go with a company like ship a car direct.
