Overall, "Ship a car direct" did a great job. When we looked around among different brokers, John gave us a very reasonable price and kept answering all naive questions we have. And after we placed the order, it did spend a few days for John to find a carrier, but John sent us a daily email explaining the status and finally gave us the driver information after 3 days. The transportation went smooth as well: the driver delivered our car after two days of pick-up and everything went well. Thanks Ship-a-car-direct for a great job.
