My car took a total of 11 days to transport. There was very little communication from the driver of the vehicle and it was very hard to get a hold of the contact person at the broker. Car was originally set to be delivered March 8th. That didn't happen. I was told it would be March 9th. That also didn't happen. I was then told it would be March 10th. That also didn't happen. Car was finally delivered on March 11th. On March 10th, I received an email from the car broker and it said: "We haven't received our usual update from Albert's Transport Inc., and I wanted to follow up with you to find out how delivery went with your car shipment." If the car broker can't even get updates from the car transport, how do they expect me to get any answer? Oh and the driver also never picked up my calls or returned messages left.

If booking with this broker, read the terms and conditions carefully. They say they will cover any damages that occur during transport. It's a tricky statement. They will only cover major damage and only up to your deductible amount, and it's limited to $500. Also, they will only cover the amount only if the carrier's insurance denies the damage claim. When you sign the bill of lading, it also states that scratches, dents, damages caused by road debris is not covered by insurance.

And good luck calling the after hour numbers the broker provides. It is very unresponsive.

Overall, my car took 11 days to transport. Delays happen and I understand transit times cannot be controlled. However, it becomes a problem if the broker claims they can get a hold of the carrier when it was obvious they weren't able to do so. That becomes a little nerve wrecking.

Our apologies that you were not satisfied with your carrier. There are times when contacting drivers becomes challenging because they are on the road, we will address this with the carrier. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback!
