It's always stressful to ship your call, but the process with Ship-a-car direct was nice and easy! Customer service is very responsive and helpful. The driver that was assigned to me always answered when I called. They made me feel like I was in good hands through the whole process. The car arrived at my destination a few days early, but the driver just held onto my car until I arrived at my destination so there was so worries there. The car was a little dirty, but I didn't expect anything less from travelling across country. I would definitely use this service again.
