My experience with them was very positive. I made the decision to ship my car pretty late, just 2 days before my moving (and it's a Sunday.). I tried contacting them and received reply early morning on Monday. I placed the order and within 30 minutes it was assigned to a carrier. And the pickup time just 2 hours later.

The truck driver arrived just on time and was very polite and helpful. He answered quite a lot of questions from me since this is my first time shipping a car.

During the transportation, I got a few emails from Ship a Car Direct on delivery estimate, tips for delivery inspection, etc. And those don't look like system generated emails (although they do use templates), or promotional emails sent periodically by some dumb websites. You just feel comfortable and easy and know someone is taking care of things.

Then the car arrived one day before the estimated delivery, and just looked the same as it was picked up.

To be fair, I would say their price is a little bit higher than other brokers, but I feel the quality is much better and therefore it’s definitely worthwhile.
