Our 2005 Mercedes was picked up on time and delivery was made a day early! Stephan (Ship A Car Direct) was responsive to all of my inquiries and kept me fully informed about the pickup and delivery. I was given the driver's name and phone number for further contact. When I contacted Andre (the driver for Shipping Experts), he was professional and courteous and fulfilled the pick up at my home as promised. Delivery was made a day earlier than expected. We are extremely pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone who wants a reliable and professional company . If we need any future services of this nature, we will definitely contact Ship A Car Direct.
