First off, I seldom take the time to give recommendations as I believe that only excellent service warrants them. In my opinion, just doing the job is the lowest common denominator for staying in business and doesn't warrant a review/recommendation...

Jennifer at Honesty First was different from the other 5 Star rated companies (I only contacted 5 Star rated companies) right from the start. One of my requirements was to have a "0" deductable insurance guarantee. It didn't make sense to me to take the risk of having to pay as much or more for another companies insurance deductable as it did to ship my vehicle - when any damage would be the carriers fault. I was shipping my wife's BMW, not an inexpensive car to have repaired... While all the other companies touted "fully insured", when you asked them to guarantee no deductable, they all balked, and deferred to the carrier's policy - saying it varied by carrier. Jennifer did not hesitate at all to send me a guarantee, in writing, that the carrier was responsible for all insurance, including any deductable. So, a written guarantee, she said she could meet my delivery timelines AND they were within $10 of the other competitive quotes - I signed up.

I initiated the contract with Jennifer on Tuesday afternoon, my car was picked up in Denver, CO on Friday (just as Jennifer said) and even more suprising, they delivered it in Seattle, WA on Monday - a couple of days ahead of schedule!

This being my first experience with transporting a vehicle and hearing/reading many terrible stories, I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Honesty First Auto Transport - I would highly recommend them.
