I researched ten car shipping companies, and kept coming back to Ship-a-Car-Direct. They had the best reviews and it turns out they were accurate. Their rep, Eric, was polite, knowledgeable, patient (as I changed my itinerary and dates 3 times!) and professional throughout the process. They picked up the car within 2 days of ordering the service and delivered it across country (NJ to CA) in 7 days in perfect condition. The drop-off in CA was flawless as the driver called me to keep me informed of the progress and exactly when the drop-off would occur. All in all, a great experience and I highly recommend Ship-A-Car-Direct.
