I was shipping my car cross-country, literally from coast to coast in February. I was nervous about it, but the rep was super helpful and the pick-up and drop-off went absolutely fine! They called ahead of time to let me know date and time, showed up and picked up the car, I signed a few forms and assessed any pre-existing damage, and off it went. It arrived on schedule, and other than some road dust, had no damage. Signed another form, processed payment, and my car was mine once more, just on the other side of the country. I had absolutely no problems with shipping my car, 5/5 for this trip.
