Very satisfied. Car was picked up slightly late, but there was a snowstorm, so the carrier was not able to get there for two days following the estimated pick up.They were very timely as regards drop off, so I did not need to wait for them at all. They called on a Monday morning at 10:30 AM, and I had the car in hand at 12:00 noon. It looked fine, the contents of the trunk were all there, undisturbed, and it drives fine. I have not had a chance to check everything in detail yet, but I anticipate no issues. Would absolutely use Eric and this company again.
