Communications from my Customer Service rep was excellent. Key events such as transporter selection, pick up dates, expected delivery dates were passed on in a timely manner.Also, I was directed to the shipper themselves, and I then communicated with the shipper's dispatcher.

I opted for covered transport, as my vehicle was originating in NY, and was coming across several states, with snow storms, rain, etc predicted in route. Given the weather conditions the driver experienced in route, I was glad I did, but on the other hand was quite surprised how dirty the car was when unloaded. The good news, however, was the car arrived with no scuffs, dings or damage of any kind. The driver was courteous, and took care when unloading the car and seemed to know what he was doing. I have shipped numerous cars in the past, and so realize the risky nature of putting a valuable asset in the hands of a third party.Their was a delay in pick up (due to locating a transporter), the final fee was $25 more than quoted, and the car arrived dirtier than I expected - but the bottom line was it DID arrive safe & sound. Overall, I would use ShipACar Direct again.
