I researched about 8 different companies to transport my car from Michigan to my son in LA. I had had a terrible experience with one company 2 years ago and felt apprehensive about finding a company I could trust. In my research, Ship a Car Direct had great reviews and great BBB rating. I appreciated the videos and learned a lot about their process. After my initial call, and setting the first possible pick up date with my contact rep, he told me they should find a carrier in 1-5 days. On day 5, they found a carrier for the price quoted. My experience with the carrier was also great. He was communicative and really professional. They estimated my car would arrive in LA on Tuesday or Wednesday, but they got it there a day earlier on Monday! My son said the car was in great shape. I highly recommend this transport company!
