The experience was great! I assumed that I would have to drive my car somewhere to get it on the truck, but the company hired a small little trunk to maneuver the New York City streets and get my car right in front of my apartment.

The initial transporter was very nice, went over the damages on the car, and was able to quickly load the car on the truck. My father was the receiver for the Honda Element, so I gave him Trans Logistics number in order to know the estimated time of arrival. They told him an estimated date of the 14th, and the car was delivered with no additional damage at all on the 14th. He also thought he might have to go get the car from an easier area, but they drove the transport right up to our home and unloaded right there.

The experience was very smooth, and Ship A Car Direct could not have made it any easier to just get everything arranged and the car delivered in a timely manner.
