The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would have given them a 5 but the pick up date was three day later than expected, which in turn equates to 3 days later than planned for delivery. Since it was the winter months, I understand why there may not be as many carriers than during the summer months. Other than that everything went well. I would recommend.
