I contacted Shipacardirect because they were rated highly by Consumer Reports. I got email form letters and otherwise zero contact. No one would answer either phone line and no one returned messages. I had another company that was on the ball contacting me right away. I cancelled the order with Shipacardirect and still continued to get status updates on our pickup. What pickup?? The only non-form email I got was to ask if I was really cancelling. Our car was picked up by then! The service needs to start with communication. Period.

Our apologies if you weren't able to talk to someone when you called, we actually have our 24/7 support line that you can call when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends. You placed the order on a Friday, and we received your chat on a Saturday about your intent to cancel your order, since our reps don't work on weekends your order was cancelled on a Monday instead. Our apologies that there was a delay in cancelling your order and sorry for the inconvenience it has brought you. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback so we can improve our services.
