Vehicle was dropped off at work instead of home as I'd requested at the last minute. No issues reported. I do appreciate customer care at Ship A Car Direct for staying on top of their game and monitoring it throughout the process of shipment. It was my first time using their service and most certainly it will be "the" service in future if I need one.
