For my first time shipping a car, I was extremely skeptical after reading horror stories online from other users, (not just for ship-a-car, but in general) about their experiences. Scott made this entire process easy and painless. I truly felt like we were in good hands.
He was ALWAYS available whenever I had a question, and even reached out after not hearing from us for a few days to make sure the process was still going okay. Scott truly made this process a comforting experience.
