Eric was very helpful throughout the process. January is a difficult month to ship cars as he explained (weather conditions were really bad and my cars needed to be shipped from the east to west coast). Although a little bit delayed in shipping my cars, Eric was very helpful and available to explain what is happening. After the delay of few days, he decided to offer some of their commission money and add that to the originally advertised shipping price to lure in truck drivers without asking me to pay any extras. After a week delay, he contacted me that a company accepted the offer. They arrived on time to take the cars. They delivered my cars a day earlier than scheduled, unharmed. I am completely satisfied and I do highly recommend this company.
