Easy, Prompt Transport from Kansas to California

I purchased a car in Kansas and needed it transported to San Diego. Kosta got back to me immediately and within a day I was on the schedule for a Saturday pickup. I had some problems with the car dealer and communicated that with Ship A Car and they were easy. I was given the option of rescheduling if my dealer didn’t pull through. Ultimately things worked out with the dealer and the car was picked up Saturday evening. The driver, Baha, was easy to communicate and I kept checking in to see where he was and how my transport was going. The car arrived Wednesday evening and the driver was even able to make it into my residential neighborhood.

I work with LTL shipments on a daily basis and the ease of using this type of brokerage service exemplifies how the LTL business should be run too. Smooth transaction and Kosta laid out the instructions in his e-mail, the cash/check amount I needed to pay Baha. The only thing I would suggest is that the driver also use the app to upload pictures. Usually the customer is only on one side of the transaction with the driver the common element, so it would make things easier if they used the Ship A Car app too.
