Should have told me they couldn't drop off in Brooklyn

Overall, the experience was OK given I received my car in good condition BUT it would have been nice to know that they couldn't actually drop it off at my home as promised and I was given 30 minutes notice to try and get to Queens during my work day. I ended up having to take a train for an hour and a half and drive the car back in in the snow which took 4 hours of my time not to mention my entire night.
All would have been fine if I was told this upfront. The drivers were nice enough and met me at the train station which saved me a taxi ride in the middle of nowhere but I should have been told upfront.

We are glad to hear that your car made it safe. Our apologies that the carrier was not able to mention they cannot delivery your car door to door. These trucks are just too big that they may not be allowed in a restricted narrow streets or residential rules. We will address these issues with the carrier in order to improve our service. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback!
