Things went pretty smoothly. The only very minor issue was the driver got there for pickup a few hours early (5 hours) and hadn't gotten the info about my request to have him pick up car after 7 PM. Fortunately I was able to leave work a little early and got him the car around 3:30 PM- the car was delivered on time without any problems
