Everything was exactly as they advertise - they schedule the approximate pickup day, then have the driver call the vehicle owner in advance for the actual pickup, then called me a day in advance to schedule the drop-off. They were early on both pick up and delivery - even after I had to reschedule the day before. They were very professional and no-nonsense.
