This is my first time shipping car across the country. I was worried at first since I read a lots of stories on-line about "bad experiences" when trying to ship car across state line. I did a lot of research on line and decided to go with "ship a car direct". The BBB rating was good and I can not find any bad review on-line about ship-a-car-direct. It is a broker company where they will try to match your request with the transport companies they worked with. According to the company website, they really did a good job screening the drivers. I was contacted by Eric on-line. He offers some tip about shipping car. Once I placed my order, Eric let me know when the driver was located, he will contact me. The driver contact me a few days later and gave a date to pick up my car. He was on time. The driver also gave a estimate date of delivery. The car was delivered on-time and my son told me that the car was in great shape. The whole process was smooth and payment was exactly what they told me. I am very happy with "ship a car direct". Will surely use them again if needed
