This service was wonderful. My sales rep, Matt, helped me throughout the process and made sure that I understood the process for this transaction. The driver called and informed me that he would be early to the pick-up time, which was no inconvenience to me. He did an inspection of the vehicle and took pictures, even with the rain. The car reached the destination a day before my no later than date, and again the process for receiving the vehicle was just as simple as pick-up. Thank you Ship a Car Direct for your services!
