The process was explained to me very well by Scott through the videos on the website and the emails he sent me. This was my first time having to transport a car and over all it did go very smooth. The only complaint I had was that it took awhile for my car to get picked up, but in their defense I did not have much of a notice between the earliest pick up day and the date I submitted the order. I was glad my car got to California as fast as it did since the pick up date was later then I expected.
