Norther California weather was going to be an issue so I was prepared for a delay. Last on first off, my car was here the next night. The only issue I have was that I got little advanced notice, a morning email about that evening pickup. My pickup contact wasn't available but a neighbor helped out. It caused me stress for 30 minutes (1st world problems). The price and friendliness of my contact plus the patient driver made this a pleasant experience.
